I know it used to be in www.vtprofessionals.org website but the website had been modified. If anyone knows how to navigate to the right link in the new Vermont website.

After the updated website of Vermont was created, they secured their database with log-in information. I discovered later on that old database of applicants before January 2009 were hidden in links not easily identified by a simple user. No need for logging in.
