Canadian RN Exam

Hi all,

Can anyone please tell me something about the Canadian RN exam, am going to take the exam in october.

I have the Prep Guide book, and I did OK on the pre tests. But I think these questions in this book are very easy and the hardest ones will be on the real exam.

I would love to hear from you who have passed the exam, what was it like.?

By the way, where is the passing line?????

Thanx for all of your time!

There is no set passing line. They grade them on a bell curve or something. If you are doing fine on the practice book you will do fine on the exam. The exam is also multiple choice and is only meant to measure the MINIMUM level of competency. The fail rates are extremely low. Every new nurse in my hospital always says how nervous they were, and they all pass. Just use common sense and you'll be fine.
