You are applying for licensure, there is no way that you can apply to take the NCLEX exam. You must meet all of the requirements for licensure by a specific state before they will permit you to sit for that exam.

Please take the time to do some reading on this forum. CA does not issue a license if you do not have a SSN#, so you will be required to go thru the licensing process with another state to keep your NCLEX results valid since CA destroys applications in three years of passing the exam if you do not have the SSN#.

With things the way that they are right now, I would focus on going to another country first for experience. The fee for CA licensure is already expensive and that does not even include the fee for the actual license, or the other fees for the new state.

Please do some reading before you send any money anywhere.

CA BRN does not accept credit card payments. For Int'l applications it is best to use Bank Draft when it is stated that they do not accept credit card payments. There is only a small fee for a local bank to make one for you and will almost be the same as the mark up that credit card issuers give on their foreign-exchange rates when they ask payment in your next statement in Pesos.
