California nclex reciprocity/endorsement

Hi i need some help. I recently took NCLEX for California, now I got the results and fortunately I passed. I completed my RN education outside US. I don't have SSN which as indicated in the letter that I have to provide within three years.

Now I have heard from friends about this endorsement or reciprocity whichever is applicable in my case. I want my file to be endorsed to Board of Registered Nursing New York. What are the requirements? and is there any other exam whoich i have to take?

U can call NY board of Nursing...they are very friendly and efficient people compared to Cali....My board was Cali before but i really hate calling them. I reapply with NY and submitted all the requirements. U will be required to take Child abuse course test on line and it's very easy.

I have a passed letter of Nclex in California too,, since they require for an SSN and my understanding, you can only get an SSN once you landed in the States. I'm considering to ask the CA BON to forward my NCLEX results to NY BON, do I have to take that Child abuse course that you've mentioned?

I have also taken up CGFNS Qualifying EXAm,and just received the CG Certificate last month,would they still ask for a CVS?
