hello collegues, im in the philippines and im very much worried about my initial license in california for registered nurse is about to expire because up to this time i dont have SSN. What will I do in order to extend it because my application for US is still pending because of retrogression. Please Give some advise. thank you very much

Moved to the International forum

You either ask for a extension (no guarantee you will get one) or apply to another state for application by exam and arrange Ca to forward your application to the new BON. If you do this you have to meet the BON requirements for foreign trained nurse. How long have you got left? Also this has been asked and answered several times so suggest a good read in this forum

There are actually multiple threads here giving you step by step procedures that you will need to follow. Please just take the time to do a search for them.

It is something that is very easy to take care of.
