Off the top of my head I'd say 1. other's safety 2. sleep 3. communication. 4. social. Safety always comes first. There can be no balanced behaviour without sleep. Communication btwn client and staff ensures better care. Social is more of a long term maintanace issue.
The unfortunate, but convienient answer is of course meds, but that isnt for us to say i spose. We just get to work thru the communication and social issues.
umm... needs framework? Look up Maslow.. he should lead you to a few others aswell.. but i recon figure out u'r own rationales then find someone elses research that said the same thing - to back u up, reference etc. And of course, to check that u'r on the right track.
Just a few thoughts.
I know how frustrating it is when u have no idea where to start and no one seems to help.
