    I am also applying for a band 7 post and was interested to read your earlier reply.

    You say that you ask your applicants for a presentation; can you explain more about that? For example, what would you be looking for the applicant to demonstrate about themselves by giving a presentation? What type of topic would you want expect presentation to be about?
