I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

Thank you!

Avant did not tell her what's wrong with her papers. They just asked her for some docs. They filed her petition january 2017 and by october they told her that she was denied. Are you still joining the webinars or any other task?

Oh I see. I have done my general assignments and now they have given me another bunch of assignments around my specialty! I thought I was done with studying after doing the NCLEX exam but they keep coming with more lols. I do not do webinars anymore as it always happens on my shift days. How about you?

Me too. I thought Im done with studying after nclex but they have given me assignments twice for my specialty. I also don't attend the webinars anymore due to the schedules. í ½í¸

Hi Alex,

Just got a message from Linda today and apparently there is no outcome on my I140 yet but USCIS already asked for some more docs which has become a common trend now according to AVANT. They will let me know if there are updates but that is all they can share for now.

hi!

I am also an Avant applicant, passed the interview and submitted my documents and currently awaiting for CGFNS duplicate copy of CES to complete my file (coz I lost my CES printed copy 3 years ago). Kindly leave a comment about your experience esp to those who are waiting just like me and who isn't NCLEX passed yet and with pending documents to avant.

I wud really appreciate it. :)

I'm having a hard time reviewing nclex ☹️

My tentative nclex e am date will be may this year.

Hi,

A friend of mine applied with AVANT late last year, he did the screening exams and passed. He was later scheduled for two interviews and after the second one, he was told that he had failed the interview. Would anyone know if Avant accepts re-applications for such situations? Or what other staffing agencies would he apply to?

Hi dee!

I signed the contract with avant last sept 17 and up until now it isnt done under documents review/operation team or whatever and all my emails have a standard "automated reply" .

I am getting disappointed as I was hoping I could get on with nclex review but given with how SLOW things are progressing I might be tempted to be on DIY NCLEX thru NMI.

Oh I see. I joined them feb 2017 and might take the test on May this year.

Hi all

Who has done NCLEX and is waiting for Avant to file? They are taking quite long to file. Wondering what the communication is?

Me too. I thought Im done with studying after nclex but they have given me assignments twice for my specialty. I also don't attend the webinars anymore due to the schedules.

Hi alex1992, remember me.? Thank you for your kindness,, really.

Anywiez, avant realy gives a bunch of assignMnts even after passing nclex. I passed the said exam last oct 2018. Thanks to avant. They said i am on my way of filing my visa screening. But reading some of the post about delays in petetion dissapoint me a lot.

Have they filed your petition yet? Has it been approved? If not filed yet, what communication have they given you? Thanks.

Does he know why he was rejected? Avant has specified the criteria on their website. Maybe during the interview some information was discussed that lead to the decision that this person doesn't meet the criteria. For example, I've heard many struggle with the type of hospital they work in and the number of beds at their hospital.
