You are not applying for NCLEX but application to be a RN in the US. If you have VSC and it has expired already just wondering why you are not already in the US? I presume you took CGFNS exam seeing as you are asking about application to BON

If VSC has expired then you need to do English exams again as they need to be current when VSC is issued. Application for Az can be found here and you will need to get CES done
