Appointment Confirmation deleted... Help!!!

Guys i need help. I made my exam shed in an Intenet cafe. I've completed the scheduling process and i got the email confirmation from PV. The computer that im using hangged, i thought it's okay but when i got home and checked my email again... all messages from my inbox was deleted!!! I dont know what to do!!! Is PV going to mail me a copy? I know i'll be needing them for the VEP application.
