re: applying for licensure to the CA BRN
Please take the time to do some reading on this site for all of the reasons that you should not be going thru CA for initial licensure if you do not already hold a SSN# and permission to work in the US.
CA is not going to issue a license if you pass the exam and the letter of passing is only valid for three years. With an expected wait of probably more than 7 years, you are going to have to go thru another state to keep the results valid, or have to retake the NCLEX exam eventually.
Not a good way to do things at present.
