applying for licensure to the CA BRN

correct me if i'm wrong pls

here are the things that i will mail to california bon:

-my application for licensure by exam
-copy of my license
-fingerprint card (1 or 2???)
and the fees for application process and fingerprint card.

do i need to include my school diploma?

Please take the time to do some reading on this site for all of the reasons that you should not be going thru CA for initial licensure if you do not already hold a SSN# and permission to work in the US.

CA is not going to issue a license if you pass the exam and the letter of passing is only valid for three years. With an expected wait of probably more than 7 years, you are going to have to go thru another state to keep the results valid, or have to retake the NCLEX exam eventually.

Not a good way to do things at present.

I also took the liberty of editing the title of your thread since each state has their own requirements for licensure and you specifically were asking about CA.
