Applying for Illinois Exam Licensure

Hi,

I am a nurse from Spain. I am living in the US. Visa is not an issue. I already have the CES from CGFNS. I am now putting together my application for the licensure exam. I have one question about it. It seems that the CES already provides the information required on the CT-NUR form. Do I need to fill the CT-NUR if I have the CES? I read about a waiver in Illinois about the CT-NUR if you present your CES. Is that true?
