Applied for california BON

by Kanya

I live in New York,I do not have CGFNS certificate, but all my documents are with CGFNS ,I am waiting to be eligible for the exam.I have applied to the California Board for NCLEX..but heard that they will not issue lisence without Social security number,I do not have one.I am planning to endorse in New Jersy, just confused if it would be longer than doing this directly in NY.I want it to be as early as possible.Would appreciate your suggestions/opinions

Read the sticky at the top of the international forum. Do not go with California for initial licensure as you will not be able to endorse to NJ until you have a SSN#. Go with NY................or you will have big problems.........you do not need CGFNS for NY or California...........

Just my two cents.........
