AOS - Without Interview

Checking our account with USCIS

USCIS stating that my wife AOS has been transferred to CSC (California Service Center) about 1 month ago.

I have heard that means we will not have to do a interview and Green Card will just be mailed.

She rec'd EAD Card and AP last week.

Is there any K1's on this board.

Did you have to do a Interview for AOS on K1 Visa?

She already had her interview in the Philippines before the visa was even granted for her to come to the US.
Remember that her green card will only be for two years and not the routine five years that others get. As long as you got married and the documentation was submitted, then you should be all set at this time.

My friend a few years ago didn't have an interview initially but had to have a interview at 2 years before his GC was changed to a 10 year one
