Half of the problems will be solved, if USCIS/NCSBN/BON-NY appoints someone else other than CGFNS also for the Visa screen/CES/CVS. Current monopoly of CGFNS should be ended to help nurses to get their immigration related work done in a fast and efficient manner.
This 'ready for review' will be there for 6 weeks. Cant help it. I used CGFNS 'ready for review' time as my 'study for NCLEX' time using the Kaplan onine.
Since you are in East coast, thing should be pretty OK for you. You have all those beautiful places out there to enjoy, Niagra/NY/PA to name alteast a few all in drivable distances..

And the other thing is "visa screen". The will share the documents with CVS N.Y. but CVS waived some requirements which means that I have to chase documents . I should be lucky because I passed all English exams, but I feel tired of sitting at home as a "stay at home mum". I really love to be a nurse and miss my job. My husband got H1B so I had no choice but to take this H4 .
