  1. guys, pls suggest as to what state easier and faster to apply nclex...a friend recommend new mexico because it has compact states...is it ok?
Another concern, if i'm licensed in new mexico and would like to work in michigan will they still ask for cgfns considering i'm a foreign graduate from philippines?

Where do you really want to work? Because you have to be a NM resident (meaning you bought a house in NM or you rent a house in NM or you file taxes with the US government and you use that NM address in your tax form or your US Driver's License was issued in NM) for that compact state thing to kick in. Yes, in NM they can make you eligible to take the NCLEX in less than three months and you don't need a CES from CGFNS, but once you endorse in Michigan, they may have different rules so it's better for you to check it out on their website. Other states that don't require CES are Vermont and California.

as i have told you, michigan requires the cgfns exam even to endorse. or at least five years work experience in the us.

if you are not a current resident in the us, then the compact license is not available to you. all you will get is a nm license that will need to be endorsed just like any other license. you ar not currently paying rent for an apt in nm and paying taxes there, that is what is required for the compact license for you.
