In my case, (im a walk-in applicant) it took five months because after the first review of my documents(2 months after I submitted my docs) I have this problem with notarization. Luckily I brought all my originals with me, so I show my original documents to them (QNC notarised my docs) but still the waiting period is another 2 months(to have them review my application again).

and to think it's easy to follow-up because im just 2 blocks away from the QNC OFFICE.

hello guy32, if you have some comments of my recent previous post, please do share. will greatly appreciate it..

btw, so you're in Brisbane already. are you a Filipino? if you dont mind me asking.. Do you have any idea how to obtain study materials for the QNC Challenge Test Part "A" ? hope you could help.

Thank you, and goodluck too.

Thank you guy32. I have those words imprinted on my documents in every page. I'm just worried because it doesn't have the address and telephone number on each page. Just the signature and the words: "Subscribed and sworn to me before this day of _______ in the City of Manila." I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi everyone, I'm still a bit confused about the notarization of the documents. Can anybody suggest what's the best/surest way to go about it? I think it was lecna who suggested this format: I have sighted the original document and certify this to be true copy of the original. Signed this ___ day of _________ 2008 at ___________, Philippines...

For those who recommended customized stamps, what should the stamp say? Same thing as lecna said? Is that necessary? or can the lawyer just write it down and sign? sorry clueless about notaries, hope anyone can help.

Also, I'd like to ask how to go about the required TOR. there are details specified in the checklist that must be in the TOR, namely name of course and details of course content, commencement/completion date, # of theoretical hours of instruction and clinical practice, signature/stamp of course provider.. I'm not sure if these are all found in the TORs released by our school. When i applied for nclex there was a separate request form that will be filled out by the school for this purpose. Isnt there a similar form for QNC? If none, what do I submit to satisfy the requirement then?

And, TORs and diplomas are usually released by the school with the note "certified true copy." I'm should photocopy this and have the photocopy notarized, correct? Or can i just submit the certified true copy with notarization? Just wanna clarify. ;D

Thanks much, you guys!

Customizing a stamp would require you to spend more. You can actually tell your lawyer (notary public) to write these words. Make sure he/she writes address and telephone number and stamp the dry seal. The date you signed the declaration should also be the date of the notary.

I'm sure you have your diploma with you. Photocopy that diploma and have a notary public certify that. Do the same with your original TOR from your school. You don't have to request for another one if you already have an orginal copy. Your RLE also. The same RLE that you submit during board examinations. Hope this helps.
