HI!

I know that it can be difficult to get licensed down in the States, depending where you wish to go. I'm just wondering if there are any RN's who took their education through the (Canadian) Athabasca University LPN-BN program working in the States? I've searched everywhere I can think of, and I couldn't find anything that was remotely helpful. ANY advice or links to information would be appreciated, thanks!

Entry to practice in the US is an ASN not a BSN, which means most Canadian BSN education will at least meet or exceed the education requirements for most US state BONs. As long as the Canadian program covers the minimal clinical and theory hours that are required for a particular state BON and they meet other requirements ( such as SSN) their application should be accepted.
