And I will throw in my two cents again as well. This is atemporary work visa that can be cancelled at any time and the employer does not need to pay you the same as the American RN or green card holder.

And you are forgettng the key phrases: underserved areas are usually areas where most do not want to live and work. It definitely will not be near family or friends.

Any time that you try to go other routes, you will have issues. It still has the same requirements, the Visa Screen Certificate actually needs to be attached to the petition................I still will never, ever advise going this route. EVER!!!!!
