    Just graduated BSN in RP and settling here in PA for a month now (under K1 visa). I dont have any local license and english language test yet. Am I eligible to take a licensure exam either in NJ or PA without Philippine Nursing License? Please help on what I need to do. Thanks

    It will depend on the BON to whether you need english exam/local board or not. All information should be on their website on requirements for foreign trained nurses

    Also to add you are not applying for NCLEX exam but licensure to be a RN in the US of which NCLEX is a part of that process. Title change to reflect this
