    Why don't you try applying through an agency for opportunities close to the US?
    I worked in Bermuda, they offered fab tax free slary, etc...
    NYC is only 2hrs away!!

    But what if you are from the UK but you now live in the USA, Im trying to find out this answer also, I was Clinical Support worker and i have my NVQ3 in patient care, also phelbotomy, IV canulation, Male, female urine Catheters, and ECGs, It cost $500 to do the course here, i dont want to pay it if i dont need to, but i cant seem to find anything out,

    Are you a US citizen or do you have Visa status that permits you to work in the US?

    You see, the biggest hurdle is in having the right to legally work in the US.
