The Actual CGFNS Exam VS. The Practice Exam in CGFNS Study Guide

PLIZ HELP!
This question is for the people who already sat for the CGFNS exam (preferably recently). Can someone tell me how the CGFNS practice exam compare to the actual exam is? I m scheduled to take the CGFNS exam this coming November and I mostly focused my study on the CGFNS guide and the supplemental booklets, but I got very nervous since I went online and found some practice questions that were REALLY difficult. I found a couple of old posts where people said they only studied with the guide and they did just fine, and other saying that the guide are definitely not enough, so I would love to have some more opinions (I know it depends from an individual to another, but still I'd like to have some opinions)... Is the actual exam harder than the guide? Is there a lot of material in the actual exam that is not covered in the CGFNS study guide? Is there any subject that i should focus on? I know I should focus on my weak area but it is not so easy to figure it out! By now I usually get 80 - 85% of correct answers on the study guide practice exam, does that sound good enough? Any advice? PLIZ HELP!

I focused only on the guide and the supplements, due to lack of time and I passed.
But I also do have plenty of experience, so that did help as well.
