Please do your homework. There is no such thing as a free green card. The money for all of it will be coming from your salary. Someone has to pay for it.

Also look to see what the fee is if you need to cancel the contract, or the hospital cancels you. I suspect that it is in the $15,000 range and higher.

Hi Suzanne: I agree with the idea that someone has to pay for your GC. The agency that represents me payed for my GC process, my family's process was payed by me. Ther's also a determined amount in case I have to cancel, of about $6000. Not so high considering other agencies, but in return they won't pay me sign in Bonus or other extra money besides the usual salary and temporary housing
I personally rejected other oportunities with other agencies because of this penalty money in case of cancellation. so, I think this is something to think a lot about before signing any document.

Some of the agencies have a cancellation of about $20,000 or even more. And that is completely unacceptable by me. I do not like to see anyone taken advantage of.

$6000 is a fair fee, but you should have still been entitled to the other bonuses.

Hi: it's not that specifically I was told that I won't have bonuses. the agency itself doesn't offer bonuses. I don't know yet, anyway I thought it was a fair contract in the end., not oly because the cancellation but because of the wage, etc.
