about hospital

As a foreign nurse, what kind of hospital is able to sponsor my GC?

Is there the possibility that I may find the position in the private clinic(with just no more than 10 staff there) which may sponsor GC for me?

Thank you for your suggestions.

Sure a clinic can petition you but you still need to go thru the same process as if you were hired by a hospital. Bigger problem is that there are just not any visas available at this time.

Thank you so much, Suzanne4, you always help us a lot!

Yes, I know here is no possibility to apply my GC right now as the retrogression is not over yet. But I just want to make sure that I may find a job as a private clinic RN. If it's just a specialties clinic like a dermatologist clinic, is that ok to be a nurse there and ask them to petition me?

Thank you!

Yes, they can petition you; but that still does not get you a visa right now; and probably not for sometime.

The AOS is not a possibility for a few years more than likely, there just are no visas available at all and especially via that route.
