I'm an applicant and confuse :confused::confused: with the CGFNS processing as i couldn't get in touch with their customer service or find their email address.

Do i need to pay first the $335 before i can request from my school the documents needed?

The customer service prompt keep asking the Applicant ID number....do i get this when i paid the said amount? coz i'm not sure i have it.

thank you for any concerned reply!:):):)

i suggest that you read the whole application packet. what were you applying for? from what i remember (when i did my cvs for nys), you'll get a cgfns id# when you register and you don't have to pay immediately. then you'll receive a mail stating that they have received your application but are incomplete due to:_______ they will state what documents are missing and a deadline. you're not the one who will be requesting documents from your school....cgfns will. although it's good to give your school a heads up that they will be receiving a cgfns letter requesting for your documents. that's what i did. i informed the registrar so that the documents won't be delayed and i paid in advance for the documents. i don't know if you need to pay for your documents in your school. i had to pay for mine because most papers had to be notarized. you also have to think about the postage fee for the documents, whether your school will provide for that. i've settled all of those before going back to us. i had my uncle always follow up with the school registrar and once documents were all set....he settled with the postage fee. hope this helps. good luck!:D
