3 months for California Eligibility

Guess what, i have 5 friends whose eligibility from California arrive after 3 months... Yeah i am not kidding.... in fact the other one received his after 2 months and 3 weeks... that includes the mailing process ... this is good.... hehehehehe

I hope mine is next

Still do not count on it to be that fast all of the time. Same thing with VSC, sometimes you will get lucky, and sometimes you will not.

You are still going to need to wait almost one month to get your results of the exam. Most go crazy waiting.
