1-I40 denied!


Hi! Every body!
I'm christina ,a Registered Nurse (From Nepal) and working in a NY’s hospital since one year. I have to renew my work permit as soon as possible but my agency told me, my I 140 will be denied because I have not passed the English exam yet. My husband is dependent on me. My 1-140 and I -485 has not been approved yet. If my I -140 and I -485 get denied, can I re-file 1-140 with a different employer or both of us will be out of status and will have to leave this country
