    BEVEL SHOULD BE DOWN, THIS WILL
    ALLOW FLUIDS/MEDS TO BE ADMIN. WHERE IT NEEDS TO & PREVENT MIGRATION OF THE NEEDLE DEEPER INTO THE TISSUE OR MUSCLE.
    I WOULD ALSO CONSIDER THE USE OF CATHETERS INSTEAD TO DECREASE POTENTIAL TRAUMA
