PICC parameters???

I am wondering what the protocol is at your hospitals for picc line placement. Do you check platelets, pt, inr, ptt? What are the cutoff numbers that you use? What about heprin, intergerlin, pradaxa? Are there any other drugs that would pose a threat or reason to not place a picc? Thanks for the info.
