Pay for PICC nurses

I am applying for a job within a hospital as a PICC nurse (I have one year experience placing PICC lines with a private company) and wondered what hospitals are generally paying for this specialty service. Does the salary follow the general nursing population pay rate or are vascular access nurses paid at a higher rate?
