    Hello!
    I was wondering if anybody knew any schools or programs where California phlebotomists can earn an IV Certification? Maybe for just simply a saline lock? Also, if anybody knows about a program where an RN can become certified to teach a class of this nature for his/her students? Thank you for your help!
