Infusion Nurse through a Pharmacy in Metro-Detroit

Hello everyone,

I am a Canadian moving to the Metro-Detroit area with Home Health experience in Canada. I didn't initially want a home health job in Michigan as a result of safety concerns (I heard you can turn down one bad street and you are in trouble...). Even with experience a BSN and another University degree I can't seem to land an interview even in a hospital.

I have a few home health interviews lined up and one is an Infusion RN with a small pharmacy. Would this be something safe to do? How would I know that they are sending me into safe areas to work? Any advice would be appreciated.
