i need some advice......

i was one of the examinees who took the philippine nurse licensure examination last november 29-30 2008......i was late about 11 minutes during the conduct of philippine nurse examination.......they dont allowed me to take the missed subject but i can only take the next succeeding subjects... i badly need some pieces of advice on how to retake the exam/subject i missed or what are the consequences of non-admission of examinees arriving late during the conduct of philippine nurse licensure examination...
