How to get started as a Contract Nurse

I am an RN and I have years of experience in infusion/intravenous nursing and want to know if there is a checklist of things you need to make sure you have set up to work as a contract nurse (insurance, contract, state board of nursing regulations, etc.)

I would appreciate any help
