specialize in international/travel medicine?

does anyone here specialize or work in a travel clinic that places emphasis on immunizations and education for international travel? i am extremely interested in getting into this specialty but fine very little to no information on the net regarding training, jobs, certifications, etc. i would appreciate any advice!

One of the best Dr.'s in the country that deals with travel medicine is the Jemsek Clinic in NC.
