    What are all of the isolation precautions for suspected TB and confirmed TB? Also, I am curious if you have seen any cases in your practice and if proper precautions were taken. Thanks!

    Precautions for TB include wearing a mask and keeping the patient's door closed, even if TB is just suspected.

    Negative pressure room as well.

    staff use n-95 fit tested respirator masks and the pt. is placed in a negative pressure room as tb requires airborne precautions.
