    Hi just curious what your incidence of MDR and XDR TB is like in the US, is it very common? and what are the general treatment regimes? Do you have TB hospitals, if not how do you separate these patients from the rest of the hospital population? If so would you transfer a XDR patient to a bigger facility for ventilation for example?
