? Kaposis sarcoma

by minnib

my elderly father who took a turn for the worst and is on hospice care developed blisters on his LE, the hospice nurse said these are KS. I did some research on it and know the causes, since it has only shown up now, could it attributed to a previous HSV infection? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
