Infection Control Software

Hi,
If it is simply keeping line lists of infections, dates, categories etc., have you worked with excel? Excel can do some pretty cool things, graphs, calculations as well as formulas. You can set it up however you want. As well as excel we use a software program called AICE millenium, basic enough and also generates line lists as well as some other basic functions. We have it interfaced with our hospital system in a small way to download certain surgery data each month to give us our denominators by risk index, but that sounds like more than you need.
