We have recently have completed a 9 month project in which we remodeled our Skilled Unit into an acute Rehab unit. During the project we had regular meetings in which we completed the Infection Control Risk Assessments. We used the matrix thats recommended to determine the risks as the project was being done. My question is.... the next project is at one the hospital-owned clinics.....are other IC nurses involved in projects such as remodeling in clinics ,that the hospital owns, but are not physically connected to the hospital.
