Cleaning Pt Care Equipment

I am looking for a policy in regard to the frequency of cleaning pt care equipment such as BP Cuffs.I am not referring to dedicated equipment left in isolation rooms. We do not have individual cuffs as I know some hospitals have gone to supplying when a pt is admitted. I would appreciate knowing what guidelines that other hospitals are following. One more thing. How do others hospitals keep track (and frequency) of the cleaning of wheelchairs, lifts and stretchers and other equipment that's on wheels.
