How much contact with Health Sciences Coordinator?

1. It probably sounds trivial, but I REALLY have an aversion to my region's Health Sciences Coordinator. I've applied to several regions, but I would like to stay in my "home" region if possible. How much contact does one have with this person while in the nursing program? Do you think the coordinator is a reflection of that campus's nursing program at all? I attended many Info Sessions, and no one else seemed to have that....attitude. Is any one campus better than another, in general?
