    I have an inactive LPN license in OH, will I need to submit that information in my application to get my RN endorsed? and also pay $30 extra to have it "officially" sent?

    Also, has anyone else had their RN endorsed by Indiana and how long did it take?

    You do have to list all licenses held even if the license is inactive...I heard it takes up to 4 weeks....have to get a background check with fingerprinting so I think that's why it takes a couple weeks.
