by BethRN12 Feb 5I have an inactive LPN license in OH, will I need to submit that information in my application to get my RN endorsed? and also pay $30 extra to have it "officially" sent?
Also, has anyone else had their RN endorsed by Indiana and how long did it take?

- Feb 10 by cleboeufYou do have to list all licenses held even if the license is inactive...I heard it takes up to 4 weeks....have to get a background check with fingerprinting so I think that's why it takes a couple weeks.
