    I know this question has been asked before, but not recently, so I'm putting it back out there. If you have experience at any of the Indianapolis hospitals or surrounding facilities, please chime in. Tell us a little about the hospital, your likes/dislikes, and starting pay rate.

    Fort Wayne has lowest starting wage at less than 20 an hour. Muncie starts at 21.20 an hour. Indianapolis ranges from 20 to 25 hour without shift diffs

    An LTC facility in South Bend offers $19/hour and that's for an RN >1yr experience.
