BlackBoard Quiz for Ivy Tech due today...can you get on blackboard?

Just wondering if anyone else out there has already taken the vital signs quiz that is due today by 11:55pm???

I've been trying for 2 days now and cannot get onto blackboard! Keeps saying it is responding too slowly! This is getting ridiculous! and on top of that I can't get into the library to write the paper during the only extra time I have.

I wasn't able to get on yesterday. Haven't tried yet today. I would email LH and let her know and she should be able to give you an extension on the due date.

Side note: They HAVE to come up with a better system. BB has way too many issues.

go directly to the site instead of using cc to get to it.

it has been working for me all weekend, and everyone i have talked to who is having problems is going through cc to get to it.

I don't go through CC. I have Blackboard saved as a favorite. I can get into BB, but I can't access the assignments, or any of that. I think they're doing maintenance (again) or something. It's so frustrating.

That's so weird...I have been able to access it all weekend, including right now. I actually am working simultaneously with blackboard up right now and I haven't had any issues at all.

Damn I wish I could help....

There was something on the BB front page that says they are trying to straighten out the course listings and expect to be done by Tuesday. That doesn't have anything to do with the connectivity issue though.

There is a CC message that says BB was down yesterday, but they had it back up and stable.

It's anything but stable on my end. I still can't access the quiz or any course info for any of my classes.

Yeah but as Indymom said, I don't think that has to do with the fact that it isn't working.

Some other girls in my COMM class were having issues accessing the syllabus and class sessions, but CC now says that BB is back up and running. Hopefully you all get everything in on time...BB has been such a pain in the butt lately.
