Suggestions for future grad with bachelors of general studies/ASN?

I am currently going back to school for an Associates in Nursing @ Ivy Tech in Kokomo or Logansport (whoever will take me!!), and I am wondering what exactly I can do with it when I get out (other than the obvious standard nursing job). Please keep in mind that I already have a Bachelors in General Studies. I have been a CNA for roughly 4 years, but also have a strong business background and experience. (Yeah, I'm kind of doing this backwards!! lol) I would just like to know if there is a particular career track that I should try to follow. I am interested in possibly teaching and/or management? Any suggestions from any experienced RNs with a similar background/education experience would be greatly appreciated!!

If you intend to teach, you will need a minimum MSN degree.( doctorate in a few years) You can get away with being a manager at a nursing home with a BSN though. They also accept RN's with their BSN as clinical educators at the hospital where I work but they also expect you to climb that clinical ladder to get your MSN degree.
