Question about Community South

by msh12

I am considering applying for a med/surg nights position at Community South after 2 years in OR/PACU at a small hospital. Anyone have any advice on whether Community is a good place to work/learn a new area. I haven't worked Med/Surg since nursing school a couple of years ago. Also, how tough is it to move to days from nights at Community?
