by dmfisher86 Sep 27, '11I really want to go back to graduate school, but I know there is all this controversy about the MSN vs DNP in order to be considered a nurse practitioner. Does anyone know what IL plans to do? Most schools still have their MSN/APN programs and have the DNP program as a seperate one. I just don't want to start in a program and expect to only have to do my master's and then surprise, I'm in the program and now I'm going for the doctorate.
Any info is appreciated!
