loan repayment inccentives

Hi everyone! I am currently a student nurse with one more semester to go and I'm trying to research different employment opportunities. I have lots and lots and lots of student loans, so I was wondering if anybody knows of any Illinois hospitals (or ones in neighboring states) that offer student loan repayment programs or nice big sign on bonuses. Any info would be greatly greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
