Can anyone share feedback on their experience working at Kindred Hospital? Is it a good place to work and grow? Thanks.
There is a kindred hospital in almost any relatively large city. I heard they are all similar. I have done treatments in 2 different kindreds. I was always told by coworkers never to actually work for one. (I am a contracted employ lee doing dialysis treatments). Medically complicated patients too sick for a nursing home but the hospitals have to kick them out. They also seem to be those with no insurance. The conditions are not great and the patient population is very sad to see. I was told to stay far away, but if you need experience, you might just have to take what you can get. I know nothing about benefits or corporation info.
